I bought it because when I switched to directv they didn't carry METV at the time. It works great. I live in a Houston suburb. I now have it hooked up to a fire tv stick. Once again issues with directv. No CBS. This pulls it in great.

Finally a true High VHF antenna

My favorite local OTA channel (Fox 8 Cleveland) is a high VHF channel that most of those other antennas won't pick up. This one works like a champ! I highly recommend!

It wouldn’t even pull in as many channels as our old dilapidated one. (We wish our old one was still made.)

There are many factors that can cause TV signal interference, like terrain and obstacles between your home and the TV tower which is most likely why you are not receiving certain channels. You may also want to try running a channel scan without the included amplifier. Sometimes over-amplification can occur if you are in a short distance from the towers and it is not needed. It is also important to remember to place the antenna as high as possible to achieve the best signal reception, and re-scan for channels each time the antenna is moved to a different location.
