I was a skeptic and thought it would have poor reception. If you want to pick up HD channels in the air then this is the only way to go. I would recommend it to anyone. I have a cable package but this this gives me great clarity and picks up 14 different channels for me. I never thought an antenna would be such an advanced device, It includes a USB enabled power boost if you are not getting a great signal. I did not have any issues at all. I thought it was interesting it did not come with any instructions, but once I connected it, it just worked. I'm very impressed and happy with this. I hung it up in a window and ii actually is not an eye sore at all.

Scans the same as my rabbit ear antenna

I use OTA DTV already as a method to cut the cable cord. I have always used a simple rabbit ear antenna to scan for channels. I thought that I would now get at least a dozen or more extra channels with the Mohu Leaf Supreme Pro antenna. The amplification did not help me with finding more OTA DTV channels. The Mohu Leaf Supreme Pro antenna picked up the same number of channels during my TV scan as my traditional rabbit ear antenna picked up with a scan. Both antennas picked up 59 OTA DTV channels. In my large city with a mega telecommunication hub, a simple rabbit ear antenna will suffice just as well as the Mohu Leaf Supreme Pro antenna, but as for living in a rural area with telecommunication transmitters miles away, it is possible that the Mohu Leaf Supreme Pro antenna will outperform a traditional rabbit ear antenna. It did pick up every available channel in my Tri-State area.

When digital over the air first became mandatory I needed to mount an external antenna to get reception. I was excited to try this product as I am within the range in the specifications. I used the amplifier and with the first try I was getting great reception for all the channels available in my area. This has a thin profile and was easy to hookup and I was able to hide it behind a framed print. I highly recommend this product. Be sure to look up your zipcode at the FCC site https://www.fcc.gov/media/engineering/dtvmaps

After recieving the new Mofu Leaf Supreme Pro, I was honestly excited to try it over another Best Buy brand antenna I have been using since 2012. Upon opening the box and finding the antenna rolled up instead of flat, was a downer for me. I had to set the antenna flat on my table with books on it for 3 days to get the antenna flat. Trying to hang up the antenna straight out of the box was comical, it just doesnt happen easily. I hung up the antenna in the same spot as my old antenna and ran the TV scan 3 times. I then moved and rescan a total of 5 other places within my home aimed at the area my signals come from. I simply lost channels compared to my old, oversized current antenna. I tried powered and non powered setup in each location as well. I went from 31 channels to 3 with the Mohu. I did take the Antenna to my fathers and he lives 18 miles closer to the epicenter for my area. It did grab my 31 my house grabs and added 6 more. So, if you are within 15 miles, you are good, outside that, I cannot guarantee a hefty amount of channels. Quality of the picture is great at my fathers, coming in HD with zero lag or shuttering. I gave the antenna a solid 3, it is a 4 to 5 with my tested 15 mile distance at my fathers.

Save on cable TV but also nice to have as a backup

This antenna is a good alternative to paying the high cost of cable TV but another nice thing about this antenna is it provides a backup solution in case your cable TV were to go out. Placement with this antenna is key. Behind my TV next to a wall, it wasn't that great. Closer to a window will be more ideal and after playing around with a few positions, I was able to get about a dozen channels, mostly in 1080. Most of the stations were about 40-50 miles away and they came in clear for me so although I could not attest to the actual 65 mile range, it did the job well for me.
