This item is great when it works, however there's one fatal flaw and that's when an opponent is down and needs to mortgage properties to pay a debt, the game freezes. You'll have to completely exit the game, then come back in.

There are just some things that make the game old quickly. Not being able to play people online, the computers do not know how to trade at all. The game can't be sped up in a lot of places making it drag on.

My daughter loves Monopoly but this game isn’t very fun. You can’t pick a way to play without the most annoying rule, buying or auctioning any property a player lands on every time. I’m not a fan.

I LOVE Monopoly. I collect both physical and video games. I have played many versions of Monopoly and this Nintendo Switch version sucks. It is very boring and a little difficult to play. The reason it is difficult is because you can't actually see the board when making choices. I tried it a few times and have now put it away to just "collect." This Monopoly lover says...DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY$$!

Thought we’d like it as a family game like the original but each turn goes really slow so others get kinda bored. Like the updated board game vice this.

This game takes forever to load. We waited almost 15 minutes for it to begin and by then my 9 year old lost interest in playing with me.

Hope they fix this with the next patch. Major loading time issue and disconnections.

This game is beyond boring to play, unless you love MONOPOLY so much. It's basically a digital board game. You can play people online, but there weren't a lot of people online. It's kinda hard to use for proposing trades.

This is not fun at all. you don't have to even wave the remote a lot to "roll the dice". fortunately we got it on sale for 19.99...wasn't worth it, but I would have been truly upset if we spent regular price

Yes, I knew getting into this purchase it was lame. But IF this game worked I would give it 3 stars but I have yet to finish a game because it freezes ALL THE TIME

Not good. The dice hits the game pieces over with every roll. Gameboard view is weird and limited.

I love that Ubisoft didn't just port an existing version of Monopoly onto Switch. It looks great and I am enjoying it with my friends in both tabletop and docked modes!

This game is painfully slow in between and during each turn. Play the board game instead.
