tool needed

The tool for doing this could not cost more than ten cents. It seem like the manufacturer could have included the tool, and instructions.

Hard to match with outfits.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While the band itself is alright for the $9.99 sale I purchased it on, the hardware is wrong! The item I purchased was the brown band with the grey hardware and it came with a shiny stainless steel clasp, but grey lugs! I'm very unhappy because the box even says it's correct so if I was to return it, I'd likely get the same incorrectly assembled model. So frustrating.
