tool needed

The tool for doing this could not cost more than ten cents. It seem like the manufacturer could have included the tool, and instructions.

Not as advertised!!!

The item I purchased was the brown band with the grey hardware and it came with a shiny stainless steel clasp, but grey lugs! I'm very unhappy because the box even says it's correct so if I was to return it, I'd likely get the same incorrectly assembled model. So frustrating.
