I had previously purchased this for a office and I really like how many plugs it provides and that two of the plugs are spaced farther away for large power bricks. It also has the nice feature of two USB ports , which can charge a phone or tablet or other USB chargeable devices. The price is also a lot better than the ones in the home entertainment center for the same coverage.

Nothing crazy, but for any secondary systems you want to protect this will do the job. It's not for the home theater or home office, as it doesn't offer a huge amount of protection or do an exceptional job of cleaning the energy coming in, it will still suffice for the bed room or kitchen TV's or any other electronics you want to protect.

This surge protector had sufficient spaces for the plugs I had and works well in my set-up. I've not had any surges, so don't know how well it works at that.
