Plenty of content and monsters, and deep customization.

Probably the best game in the monster generation series

This brings back many monsters from Monster Hunter and introduces hunter arts to create more interesting hunting experiences. Though the game isn't seen as the fifth monster hunter it is still a great Monster Hunter experience.

This installment adds in Hunter Arts. Cool special moves you can do that are unique to each weapon. However, it recycles content from previous, much uglier, Monster Hunter titles. Either stick with MH4U or wait for Monster Hunter World.

Another great addition to the franchise as it adds on new features that intensify the game. The newest game progresses, but at the same time brings the past with it. Innovative, fun, and as enjoyable as ever!

The game isn't as challenging as other monster hunter games but it's still a good game, with solid game play. Great for anyone trying to get into this franchise.

The game is really nice, but the camera makes me sick at times. I have never really played MH and it seemed like fun. Because it was on clearance it seemed like a good time to try it out. I really like it and it is a nice game to add to my 3DS collection.

Same Monster Hunter you're used to with flashy arts thrown in to mix up the combat for every weapon. Not quite as difficult as MH4U, but the new content will please any long-time fan.

This is the first Monster Hunter I've devoted time to, and it's a great choice! The refinements gleaned from older entries makes this one a fun, comprehensive experience!

A good entry for someone new to the Monster Hunter Series. The menu system is still overwhelming at times, but the tutorials are helpful to get started. Watching Youtube guides is the best place to start to get into the deep mechanics of the game.

This is one of my favorite video game series out there. I've enjoy every incarnation that I have played and it seems to never disappoint. Another stellar entry.

My first time really getting into a game in the Monster Hunter series and I love it! Glad I picked up the New 3DS XL to play it on because I use the new c-stick constantly.

I love this game. For the best experience while playing either have a circle pad pro or get a new 3ds xl the right control stick makes it much easier to move the camera.

This game is not ground breaking. For series veterans there is plenty to love and lots of nostalgia included within. Pick it up if your a fan of any of the previous games!

If you are new to monster hunter, you may be better playing Monster hunter 4 ultimate. Generations takes you pretty much into the battle with minimal mandatory tutorials.
