I did not buy this game for me, however, my kids seem to enjoy it and play it all the time. I think it was worth the money I spent since they like playing it often.

This is the first time I'm playing a Monster Hunters game. I haven't gone very far into the game. I am probably overthinking things and need to just jump right in. The crafting and skill choices are in-depth and I look forward to exploring them more.

If you like MH4U, then get this game. The animation is bananas and the art style has taken a more comic book-y turn. But the classics are all there. Give it a shot.

its a fun game that has inspired many games over the years, even held zelda but it shows its age and is kind of frustrating to play on the ds wait for the new one to come out on ps4

Very similar to 4 except the story and starting of this game are very different in a way, no grinding for your first armor set, as you start with a low level set

Probably the best one for 3ds. If you are a fan fo the series, you will like this handheld version. Not something I would pick up unless you already know and like the series.

Monster Hunter is easily becoming one of my favorite video game series. MH4U was among my top games of last year, and this one is doing the same this year.

This game blew me away! So much to do, so beautiful, so much replayability. It's massive, fun, funny. If you like to grind in an RPG, here you go.

With all the new hunter styles and skills, they bring a fresh feel to the game. The prowler mode is actually more fun that I originally anticipated.

Learning curve is to be expected in MH games but this one with the added special attacks make it the best MH yet. My only gripe is with the non skip-able gathering quest. Should have an option to skip those if veteran hunter.

This was the first time playing any sort of monster hunter game. Took me a while to get used to it, but I ended up loving the game.

I love the Monster Hunter series, if you've never played one, this is easiest to get into. This game has hundreds of hours of game play.

Game is fun but requires some time to get the hang of if you're a monster Hunter noob like I was. Also controls are not the best. Recommended for MH fans only.

If this is your first Monster Hunter game then I will say that it is very overwhelming at first. Thankfully, the community for this game is alright so it shouldn't take long to get used to this type of game.

I bought this game for a friend of mine & he said it is one of the best entries in the series & would definitely recommend buying it.

The new hunting style is a bit confusing at the beginning, but it is good feature. MHW is better anyway.

Monster Hunter Generations is amazing. So much fun, totally worth the buy and a great entry in the series. Cats are overpowered.

This game is tons of fun and pretty challenging. It came highly recommended from a friend and I can't say that I am disappointed.
