Tried to give it a shot but just couldn't get into it, maybe I didn't give it long enough.

My wife loves it but i'm not a fan. Do some research and see if this game is for you.

I keep trying to get into these games. This one didn't help.

I'm clearly biased, as I've loved the Monster Hunter series for a long while now. However, out of the games in the series, I think this has to be my favorite. The new combat styles and monsters are a great addition! The games continue to do a better job of explaining all the facets of combat, & inventory etc. Included are a massive arsenal of hunter armor and weapons, as well as Felyne equipment. Soooo tasty!

The game has been great so far, especially with the new styles! The graphics are good and gameplay is fast. The game gets harder overtime, but I'm familiar with the series.

Monster Hunter is an amazing series and this entry to the series does not disappoint. This one is great for both new and experienced players to dive more than 500+ hours of gameplay into. Definitely recommended to anyone is deciding whether or not to get the game.

Generation is like a collection of all the best monsters and villages from previous games. Along with the new mechanics there are some nostalgic areas to visit. If you played previous games, this cannot be missed.

This is Monster Hunter at it's absolute best. Glad to see Capcom making the series more accessible to new players. Love the free DLC and the gameplay is fine tuned!

Love this series. Can't get enough hacking and slashing giant monsters.

Great game with tons of new stuff like the hunter arts

Has all/most of the mechanics of MH4u, but adds Hunter Arts and abilities to add to the action and variety. The lack of "G-Rank" might turn some away, but there is no lack of challenge or content for most thanks to free DLC! I've been playing since MH3u and some quests are still kicking my butt. Still a great time.

Played and loved all the monster hunter games. This one is the best so far

This game has been hyped up for good reason. It finally means that Capcom is finally caring about the Monster Hunter community outside of Japan. Its more flashy and hitboxes are perfect. Be aware that there is no G Rank since its not a complete game.

The first 15 hours are frankly kinda boring. After that, the game gets a lot more fun. Palico system is way better, the arts/styles add great variety, and there are a tremendous amount of monsters both new and old!

I absolutely love this franchise. I eagerly await any time that a new one is announced. Not the friendliest to new players, but the fun pays off when you learn it.

This game will keep you occupied for over a hundred hours, if not hundreds. If you have friends who play, it's a no brainer.

I've never liked Monster Hunters archaic formula enough to stick with the series, but this one got it's hooks into me. Consider me a fan.

In terms of Monster Hunter Games. This is as much Monster Hunter it can get, however no G RANK really hurts it in my opinion.

Offers a lot of replay value for new and previous hunters.
