The best co-op experience on the Switch

Hours upon hours later, that hasn't been the case. Whether you're playing online or local wireless, Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate is a fantastic time.

3DS to Switch

Since Monster Hunter World released on other platforms, some fans cannot go back to the older versions. Supposedly clunkier in combat and not as smooth as World, I am a fan of the older games' combat. So preference matters if you want to pay $60 for this. If you own the 3DS version, then may not be a purchase for you specifically.

Great choice if you can't play MH: World
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This game is pretty much the last "old world" monster hunter game, and while there isn't a whole lot of story, there is an insane amount of depth to the game, and as long as you don't care about graphics, I would say it's worth the $60. If you are expecting Monster Hunter World for the Switch though, do not get this game. They have similar core gameplay, but they are very different from each other.

It's Monster Hunter!

If you're new to MH it's good to have both World and this game, both have good and bad to them, both are great games! This one is a bit more raw and has more micro managing but demands respect.
