First Monster Hunter on the switch, and a lot of fun. If you like MH I would encourage you to get it. Its like the 3ds version except it feels more at home with the switch.

This is the sort of game you can put 500 hours into and you will still not be done with it. You may wonder how it's different from the PS4 or XBox version: there is a ton more to see, find, and fight in this game. The systems are older but the content is almost daunting.

Another great game on the switch even though it isn’t as graphically impressive as world it provides plenty of bang for your buck and much more advanced gaming mechanics

It's your usual Monster Hunter but now in HD and with a better controller. If you liked the 3ds versions or just missed having them on the big screen then this is for you.

Monster Hunter is a great classic game series but unfortunately you need to either learn from a friend, watch some tutorials, or do some reading to really get a handle on things. Once you do however the game really opens up and you see the magic of the series.

Big monster hunter fan here. Guess I got spoiled with Monster Hunter World. This is a great title for the Switch. Hours upon hours of gameplay with a great variety.

I brought the monster hunter for 3ds first come out . I love it now switch is even better. I can play on tv and handheld. I know is the same game still lots fun.

Playing this game and becoming a hunter is awesome. You also have to gather as well to stay alive on hunting missions. The monster fights are epic. Great game

This game is difficult and that's what you should expect for a Monster Hunter game. If you're not prepared to be defeated over and over again, pick another game.

It has been a long time coming but G Rank is finally available for Generations. Some people may turn their nose up at the old Monster Hunter after the release of World, but the sheer number of monsters and depth of the game cannot be ignored.

Didn't get around to grabbing the 3DS version, and glad I slacked on it; nice to have it available both on the big screen and while on the move.

Graphics aren't the best but it's also on the switch so you can't complain but plenty of monster to hunt and a ton of gear sets a fun game for sure

Haven’t played the game yet but it was cheap so decided to give it a shot.

If you are an old fan to monster hunter this game is for you. It is a lot more grindy then mhw so if that doesn't bother you this is worth the purchase!

Great game for the corona times! It's really easy to sink some time into this game if your into farming and grinding.

I didn’t really enjoy this game. I wanted to like it but all the loading drove me crazy.

If you played monster hunter worlds the this iteration might be a step back in time as the feel of the game is more like older games in the series

I was skeptical about getting this game at first until I played at a friends house. The fact that it is hand held mode make it better.

Bought this for PS4 originally, then got this version for the Switch. It isn't nearly as good as it is on other platforms but for Nintendo, it does well. If you are looking for a good adventure progression game, I would recommend.
