Don’t buy from this jacked up company!!! Received my game from a preorder and it showed up completely smashed the steel case was smashed be on useable and the beat around the bush and never replaced it.DONT BUY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY

Very poor experience. BestBuy did not keep their commitment of shipping by or on the release day. I did finally get the game sooner than the week later that I got in an email, however there was no pre-release code and I'm left hanging on the weekend with no support at all. Total fail Best Buy.

I ordered two of the ps5 versions and what I got was 1 ps5 and 1 Xbox one. Not only.did they come a week later then they were supposed too but the order was messed up. Went to return the Xbox one and I didn't even get my whole refund. Such a disappointing transaction all together.

Upset no one was able to help me with my pre-order bonus of monster hunter wilds. I have yet to receive a email with the code to my pre-oder bonus downloadable content. If any of the staff at bestbuy reads this please contact me and help me to get what i paid for...

Never pre-order from Best Buy. I ordered the delux version of the game expecting to get all of my bonus content. I picked up the game and they haven't emailed any of the bonus content. It was pointless to pay for a delux version and not get everything that was promised.

Pre ordered the game. Did not have an option to pickup, and was delivered 3 days after release even though it shipped from my local store. Package is also missing pre order code, which is the only reason i pre ordered in the first place

My order showed up over a week late. I purchased anither copy from Wakmart, in store. The game is great, Best Buys communication about the delivery delay is not good.

Its 02/28 and I still haven't receive the game and fedex still waiting for a package. I have request a refund to buy from another store but now refund take another 72 hours.

Damaged product, the whole reason i bought this item was for the damaged steelbook I received.

The product was bent, very damaged and Best Buy did not want to help me find another copy.

The game itself is an absolute blast. As a massive Monster Hunter fan and vet of the series, it's an absolute 10/10. Does have its downsides, especially on pc, but the console version seems to be fairing better. Especially on PS5Pro. I get Best Buy is going downhill with things, but you are here to review the PRODUCT! Not what Best Buy is doing and messing things up. REVIEW THE GAME AND NOT BEST BUY! I dont even get why that needs to be said. You are leaving a review for the product for others to see. If the game is great, then rate it great. Afterward, go complain about your experience in the rest of your review.

I heroically faced a flatulent ape, only to be outsmarted by a giant chicken. My feline sidekick now speaks fluent human, offering unsolicited life advice. Despite the chaos, it's the most fun I've had being humiliated by wildlife. Highly recommend for masochistic adventurers!

Why are you people so dim? You rate this game 1 star because of something that Best Buy does not even control? So that a double dum dum move. #1 you're rating the GAME, not Best Buy. #2 Best Buy doesn't even control the delivery, they are not USPS, UPS, FedEx... whoever handled the delivery. You people are such entitled babies, but you can't even complain right.

Its a great game that you can spend hours on. If you play other MH game you would love this, only thing is you have to complete the main story to hunt any other monster.

I preorder the game 2 months in advance for in store pick up. I went in got the game but after a whole weekend I never gotten the pre-order bonus and I was never informed that it was in limited number either or anything. This is the last time I would preorder from best buy. The game itself is pretty awesome and I am loving every minute of it but I would never go with Best Buy again for a preorder if they are not going to uphold the preorder bonus.

Best Buy has really gone downhill as a company as their logistics are completely random. My tracking as of 10 pm on 02/27/2025 said my copy would be delivered on time. Imagine my lack of surprise when Best Buy disappointed me AGAIN by not upholding their end of the user agreement. Everyone with this experience should lawyer up and see if a class action is possible due to this bait-and-switch they always use. Overall the game is a 10/10 from what I have experienced in the beta.

The product isn't bad, it's Best Buy. I pre-ordered a month ago. Day of release, I got an email saying it was ready for pickup, went to the store and they didn't have it. I asked when it was to be available and the employees were clueless about whether they hadn't received the shipment with the games or they were still in boxes. Never pre-ordering here ever again.

Was told that it would come next day or the 2nd day but now its saying the 7th and then switches to the 5th. I wont be here to pickup the game at home until monday the 10th. Makes no sense to get my money back and wait another week.

No show, pre-ordered this and it didn't show up? I'm confused.
