This is arguably the greatest Monster Hunter game out there. The biggest drawback is a lack of content but hopefully that will be expanded upon in the future. This game makes a ton of quality of life changes and make the game more enjoyable to just run out there and start playing.

Monster Hunter Worlds is the complete evolution of the Monster Hunter series. It's the next step in the series we've all been waiting for. Visually its really impressive, and the combination of items and monsters leaves this title nothing short of breath taking.

Really enjoying the different fighting styles, that are chosen when you select a particular type of weapon for your character to slay monsters with! A must have for the gamer that cares more about their own skill with a controller than level numbers and pay for play action!

The game is fun and engaging for the most part but you have to really grind away at killing monsters for quests and armor. It can sometimes take the fun from the game. The controls are easy to pick up but takes time to master and you have so many options in weapons and armors to choose from! The game looks great and the interface is pretty simple to navigate.

I purchased the game as my first venture into the Monster Hunter universe. Hunting solo was quite a challenge at first. After joining hunting parties, I found that it was easier and more fun to do quests. This is one of those games that works better in a team rather than exploring alone.

The game runs great on my PS4 Pro with no problems and the worlds aren't too big to the point where you feel like your always running. There's action whether or not you are a person who plays solo or co-op. The game nails an expansive world aspect Monster Hunter didn't have on PSP.

Very familiar to the series this one is in my opinion the best so far. Great game for new comers too. Dont need play any of the other monster hunter games to play this one. So much fun weather you play single or online with friends or strangers. Definitely worth the full price for this game

My friend recommended Monster Hunter to me. The game is huge and the customization based on what you get from the monsters you kill. There is a story that drives your battles if you want to do single-player and follow the story (still have to be online) and/or you can link up with people online to do multi-player. The graphics are beautiful, the audio is good too.

Pretty cool monsters and weapons. Liked the 3ds version better

This game is definitely easier and more user friendly than previous entries in the series, which might be a problem for those looking for more of the same. The graphics are great but I wasn't so keen on the story, but good enough as a diversion from some more narrative-driven games

From what I have played, this game is fantastic. It does have a steep learning curve with item management, menus, battles, etc, but after you put enough time into it, you begin to get the hang of things. Multiplayer is fun too

I purchased this right when it came out and my son absolutely loves it. It's such a beautiful game with great sound as well. I want to upgrade to a 4k tv and I hope the game displays in 4k as well. The game has a lot of cool quests and fun multiplayer. I would definitely recommend.

This game is challenging at times and especially if you only play on your own. Perfect if you're looking for a game to play with friends online. They are releasing a large update later this year (Q4) but there is already a LOT of content you can sink your teeth into.

I’ve been a fan of Monster Hunter since MH3 on the 3DS, and Monster Hunter World rides everything I didn’t like about the older MH games. MH World streamlines almost everything. Making the game feel so much smoother. I can’t go back to the old MH games anymore.

Great game definitely worth a buy and honestly I've been waiting for the series to come back to a main stream console since I first got my hands on the PSP version Monster Hunter: Freedom Unite. The gameplay is just as engaging at hour 200 as it was at hour 1. Worth every penny.

I can see myself getting lost in this game. Their are tons of weapon and armor options. You are only limited by the monsters you come in contact with because you use their dead bodies to craft. I'm only an hour or 2 in but this will be one of those games I keep for a long time.

Monster Hunter games have been around a long time but I've never really understood the hype. MHW is my first one and they hit it out of the park. They've done a great job of simplifying the combat for newcomers and still have all of the min/maxing and minutia for the hardcore crowd. There are tons of weapons and many different play styles to suit everyone. Grab a weapon and go beat up giant dinosaurs and other monsters. Every kill gets you monster parts to use for newer weapons and armor. You also get an adorable cat you get to dress up and bring to the fights with you. The multiplayer works well is needed for the hardest of monsters. I put in 300 hours for the platinum and loved all of it... except Kirin... f Kirin.

I've only been playing since MH3 released on the 3ds and I sunk at least 60 hrs into that one. This one improves on basically aspect of past MH. There is a definite learning curve but it's worth it. A fun time sink.

I have always enjoyed Monster Hunter games but the limitations of controls and the area due to being on handhelds always kept me from fully enjoying the game. Tri was a step in the right direction and this game completes it. Tons to do and lots of ways to do it.
