Beautiful graphics with the exciting adventures of monster hunter! Many quality of life “issues” with monster hunter games for the Nintendo 3DS have been taken resolved in this game!

I was a big fan of the cartoon show and have never felt a game version kept me as entertained as this one has. Good battle system and many armor choices and ease of play makes this a total win!!

Great game for boys night in, until youre online and you play with a guy named Hunter who is a monster in real life. 5 stars for this game but 0 stars for that Hunter guy.

So far this is the best monster hunter game in the series. Graphic are amazings and the Hunts are fun but challenging. You def need your friends help or even strangers to complete some of the quests.

I've been with Monster Hunter since the PSP days and this is the first time they've really shaken up the game formula. Monster Hunter World has a lot of much appreciated quality of life improvements. The focus of the game is almost always on hunting monsters and not hunting down materials to fight the monsters like in previous games. The controls have been overhauled to give each weapon a unique feel and fluidity not present in previous titles. The game probably has the least monster variety out of all previous titles and some of the events are basically multiplayer only and limited time events are really annoying when you want to take a break and play a different game but you've only got a week or two before the limited events are gone. I've got a little over 200 hours into this game and it was mostly a fun experience with small problems along the way.

This game does not disappoint. Was everything I was looking for in a next gen MH. I wish they handled seeing people online a little better but that did not stop me from putting 200+ hrs into it.

If your a fan of monstet Hunter get this game. If your not still get this game. I never really cared for monster hunter before this game but now I'm hooked. 40+ hours in and still having a blast.

Monster Hunter is definitely not for everyone. Personally, I feel it is much better as a multiplayer game. You need help taking down some of the bigger monsters. Lot of grinding and gear, but it takes alot of skill to take down some things. ALOT of skill.

This game accomplishes what Monster Hunter has been attempting to do for years. And that is to have the player believe they are fully immersed into a completely different world. A great game for fans of the RPG style, but not easy to pick up and master.

First the game looks incredible. It's up there with horizon for me in looks. Game play is pretty addicting. And you get to make a cat. It's a pslico. It's like a calico, but your pal, yo.

I love the artwork and the visuals for the monsters. The character creator has a good amount of customization without being excessive. I do wish there were more body types but it's not a huge omission. The Palico characters are cute and hilarious. There isn't much story, but the gameplay more than makes up for it. The controls can feel a little "floaty" at times but it's generally solid and easy to get used to. The gear system is fairly deep and interesting. There's a few things to obtain through endgame but the randomness can make it somewhat tedious, but I'm about 200 hours in and I'm still mostly enjoying it. I'm looking forward to future updates providing more longevity to the game.

The graphics on Monster Hunter were good but I felt the game was a bit choppy on my first-gen PS4. That being said, I had a relatively good time playing through the first half of the game but also felt that the controllers could be a bit more intuitive.

I’ve played past monster hunters, toukiden, soul sacrifice, freedom wars and god eater and this one stands above all others handily. If you liked any of the above you’ll love this. It is also friendlier to newcomers so don’t hesitate to dive in.

I've been playing Monster Hunter since the PSP and this is easily the best one so far. I even ended up buying it again on PC to play with my PC friends and highly recommend it.

Fun game and the graphics are good but once you're done with the main storyline it's pretty repetitive and monotonous. Lots of patches and added monsters and content. Can spend alot of time on this one.

My first Monster Hunter game and it has been incredible. The weapons are awesome and the hunts are epic. I have over 100 hours in the game and its incredibly deep too.Definitely recommend it!

game has some flaws, but it is so crazy fun. Over 300 hours played, only stopped playing because God of War came out and Detroit. Have not put that much time into one game since....WOW?

One of the best games to play. I have spent thousand of hours on just one character. Yes it is that good and I highly recommend to play it.

I was completely new to the Monster Hunter series when I started playing this game, but I now understand why it has such a dedicated fan base. This game is very addicting and enjoyable.
