As is the tradition with Monster Hunter, the new title packs a lot of intense gameplay with many different weapons providing a plethora of playstyles. Can be a bit grindy but is a lot of fun!

As a long-time player of the various PSP and 3DS Monster Hunter games, I was very excited to try the game out on some more powerful gaming hardware. Visually, it does not disappoint.

plays easy , simple to understand , easy to play with others online , if they keep making monster hunter like this i'll buy them

great gameplay. fun. with multiplayer on hand, nice to have friends to play with you. ps plus required if you want to play with friends online.

I haven't gotten THAT far into it but so far it's pretty fun run around and hunt these monsters. Gear helps but skill plays a major role.

One of the best Monster Hunter games to come out, makes the old ones seem mediocre in comparison. They got rid of a lot of bloat to give you a great way to get into the franchise.

There are a ton of things to do in this game. Exploring beautiful landscapes to killing or capturing varied monsters it’s a blast.

Really cool and realistic adventure fighting game. Lots of cool background graphics as well.

This is my first monster Hunter and it's pretty good. A very alive world with a bunch of things to do. Graphics look good on the ps4 pro too.

It’s much different if you’ve played the previous Monster Hunter games, but some of the new gameplay does improve the experience overall.

Fun game but you need to have some friends to play with to make it better if you dont have friends that play this it's still fine.

Loved the new direction of Monster Hunter, great for beginners to get into the hunting fold! Wish performance on base console models were better.

I have been playing Monster Hunter games since 2010 and this one pretty much takes the cake. It builds on almost everything since the older games but makes them modern. There are many quality of life things in the game that makes the experience streamlined while still keeping the core gameplay in tact. Close to 100 hours in and still more to come. There might not be as many monsters in previous games but I think the over environment and scale makes up for it and only sets a precedent for what the future of the series may hold.

This game is amazing, i've never played anything like this game and have put almost 600 hours into the game. Great game with friends

Great game for playing solo and other people. Heard this is good is great for anyone who hasn't played any of the previous Monster Hunter.

It's a fun game, with multiplayer that is easy to hop in and out of. The cycle of farming for materials can wear a little thin, but the reward of getting new gear always makes up for it.

As a person that's not played any of the Monster Hunter, I can't really say too much. But this game is okay so far, multiplayer play are from instants and has been pretty fun.
