Never played this game before

It's still wrapped up and actually I'm debating returning it and waiting a long time to get a complete edition. I CAN'T STAND HOW THESE NEW GAMES COME OUT AND THEY WANT YOU TO SPEND $60+DOLLARS FOR DLC. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE OLD DAYS WHERE THE GAME CAME COMPLETE WITH EVERYTHING? WE NEED TO REVOLT AND BOYCOTT!!!!!!!!
