Great gameplay. Fun and interesting mechanics. Definitely recommend it.

I got cocky and thought that I would be able to just jump into Monster Hunter World and everything would be perfect and make sense and I know exactly what I am doing. I was wrong. That isn't saying this isn't a fun game, because it is fun. But be prepared to have a learning curve or maybe I am just slow, but it did take me a while to get into the game mechanics and the style.

This game is GREAT. But you will have to grind to get to that part. Not really grind to get your character great. But grind to figure out what the heck is going on with the UI. It does not necessary hold your hand and tell you how to do this and that. But once you get there, you will love it. It is a game that people are talking about. I love it and you get a cat as a partner.

The world is immersive and is alot of fun running around tackling big monsters with friends. Its definitely best played as a multiplayer as playing with others keeps the game from getting too monotonous. The environments are rich and vibrant too, so will look great in HDR.

Great with friends, be prepared for a sharp learning curve at first.

If you're into grindy games or hard boss fights then this game is for you.

First monster hunter I have played and its great. so for other first timers: if you like dark souls, you should get this. if you like grinding, crafting and slaying big bosses ( like diablo ) then get this. if you like a challenge, get this if you dont like any of those, get it anyways and try!

While the main premise of the game is hunting giant monsters with other players and NPCs, the complexity of the game should be researched first and potential customers should look into the time investment this game offers. It definitely does not waste your time but to fully experience the game, you'll have to put in some hours that extend most games out today.

I thought I loved Monster Hunter on the PC but the PSP4 has blown me away!

This game takes a simple idea; hunting monsters and crafting gear from them, and makes a true time killer out of it. There are countless levels to the game. From weapon crafting trees to befriending the locals to help you hunt. More mini games than you can count. Feel like fishing today? No problem

Good game must pay attention to detail but that’s what separates it

The game looks amazing, and fighting against the monsters is cool, but it has a farming aspect too it that I do not like. I hate having to grind to get one thing for that piece of gear you are looking to make. I would much rather have to do a quest and get the gear as a reward.

Monster hunter is a very fun game. However i think it's a bit overrated .

Great game once you get past all the dialogue, nice graphics as well.

Great fun, a little grindy, but awesome when playing with friends

Unless you're a MH veteran, the game's first impression seems like a clunky hack n' slash RPG. Although there's lots of hacking and slashing, it's much more strategic than that. And if you don't submit to the strategic aspect of the game, you will eventually rage quit.

Great game if you like RPG. Fun if you play with friends up to 4 players

It’s a good game but I think there is room for improvement overall
