Now the game is much enjoyable after few updates. But the explanation of the system might need improvement - it's super boring at the beginning of the game, but after that, it's wonderful.

The feedback loop of this game is very satisfying. Pick a creature. Gear up. Find it. Fight it. Use what you collect to improve your gear so you can hunt bigger prey. But not for the impatient.

It really is. MH4U is amazing, but the quality of life improvements and combat enhancements really push this one over the edge for me. The multiplayer matchmaking is still basically not working, but I play solo so it doesn;t matter much for me.

This is a really good game that offers a level playing field depending more on skill than upgrades, though your armor helps. But you can only upgrade by playing well and taking down monsters. The grind is pretty good compared to other games.

Fun game whether played solo or co-op. Taking down the huge beasts by fighting up close and personal can be quite thrilling. You feel a satisfaction as your character levels and after crafting stronger better weapons and armor.

This is a great game to start with if you haven't played a Monster Hunter game, but it's tough to learn. If you have friends to play with the experience is much more enjoyable.

This is a good game if your like JRPGs. However, if you are looking for a 60fps game, this is not it. The frame rate seems pretty low (sub 30), and this can be annoying if you are used to playing games with higher frame rates.

Cant skip through certain cut scenes. Also, the game is difficult to learn because there is so much to learn. A slow starting game lost interest after the first two hours.

The game looks great on the Xbox One X though the HDR implementation is poor. It's fun and gas good depth. Definitely not for folks new to gaming as it builds on common RPG elements with some surprisingly complex systems.

I feel it was an average game. I did not care for the controls. The graphics look amazing on next gen consoles.

Played every monster hunter game for the DS and was insanely happy when it was released on consoles. The little changes they did made the game less tedious and grindy. Highly recommend for fans of other monster hunter games

This is my first MH title and I am blown away. The combat is difficult to master but once you do its like the heaven part and you are just in the zone. Many different huge beasts to hunt and gear to forge. Must buy game.

The game is really good only issue that I have with it is the multiplayer functionality with friends (its hard to setup).

Not what I expected but fun. Online game play with friends is not the best, you can only play with someone who is lower than you or with someone higher. You can't just run through the game with friend.

This game is just awesome and great for beginners thanks to a more streamlined approach! The game doesn’t have as much content as the other games, but it still has some depth and the online is great!
