I think this is glorified water with alcohol but if my screen gets scratched using this stuff I'm hoping any warranty claim would be easier. I haven't tried the Shield stuff yet.

It seems to clean the glass well without streaks, I like that. I'm not sure about the screen protection solution, too early to tell still.

One of those impulse purchases when you get a nice TV. Can't hurt, probably helps, but really not a must.

Disappointed, it will clean but chemicals leave residue; better off buying protective screen cover

It's a good product that appears to have been over complicated.

After using it my my tv looked worse than before. It left streaks and smudges all over the screen. I spent more time trying to rub out the new mess with a dry miceofiber towel.

It works but definitely over priced for the quality. Current price and quality would keep me from recommending this to anyone.

Used this on Pansonic Plasma ST60, thought it was great. Then I tried just using a dab of water on a micro fiber cloth it work better. Thus screen cleaner would leave streaks on my Screen. So I just unplug the tv let it cool down get a spray bottle, spay a just a little on the cloth to make it little damp, then wipe then filp to dry and wait about ten min to dry.

Applied product and it did not clean my TV screen. Left fingerprints!

Followed the instructions exactly! Put superficial scratches all over new TV screen. Yes, I used the included cloth. Yes, I'm serious. Yes, I've cleaned a screen before.

By far the best in keeping your stuff clean, the two part system really does work. with the older monster cleaner it would leave streaks, this does not and stays clean for weeks.

I left the insulated cover off my 60 imch Sony pario TV and it got nasty in a couple of days, even had stuff stuck to the screen as if bugs left a trail on the sreen itself. I followed the instructions and used the cleaner with the micro cloth provided and applied it to the screen in small circular motions. I covered the entire screen and it dried away perfectly clean and streak free. Next I applied the portective shield liquid with the same motion. Watched the Astros win 13-12 in 11 innings kast night on a bright/clean/crisp picture. I could not be happier.

This by far is the best product I've used to clean my New TV. I went into my local Best Buy and I asked them what do you guys use to clean the TVs that you have on display as they never have any dust or smudges even the ones that are not on looked flawless . the sales guy pointed in the right direction. having used it in November it has little to no dust on the TV screen. I just cleaned my screen on May 2nd and the TV stand had more dust on it then the TV did. this duo is a must have for any tech guy or girl. the two part clean and shield system definitely protects your investment cant say enough about this great product.

Was a little skeptical about purchasing both bottles but its a great product. I use it for my macbook pro and it keeps the screen cleans for at least 2 weeks before needing another cleaning.

I love this product. I paid $20.00 for this and I feel that the value could not be beat. I have used it on a MacBook pro with retina display, an iPhone, and a 32 inch vizio tv. It cleans all of them well, without leaving any streaks or scratches. My only wish is that they would have included a second cloth because they say try not to mix the two solutions on the same cloth so it would have been convenient. But again for the price it has left me a satisfied customer.

I would recommend this product to all that owns a flat tv/ computer, this product is excellent for the price and made my product look brand new. I am definitely a fan and will continue to use this product.

I have a Pioneer Plasma TV, which these both work great with the glass panel. I also use it for my glass screen protector on my phone.

There was no strong smell and cleaned the screens great!
