Great movie plus it is very funny and great for kids.

Not much to say! Well worth replacing my old DVD for.

Love this movie, I just don't see it being worth the $25. My wife wanted it so I put down the money for it. Love the movie, excellent quality but I would rather look elsewhere for a better price.

Projector is nice but it was EXTREMELY aggravating to find out AFTER I bought it that you need special 3D glasses to use the 3D function and the glasses are $100/ea! Comes with none.

Family favorite now 3D, we could do without the pop ups though, still trying to figure out how to deactivate them... But the option isn't given. Otherwise all is well, picture quality is perfect.

Great classic but this is the fourth 3D movie we've purchased that was originally put out in 2D and have discovered that something happens in the process of turning it into 3D that makes any fast movement in the movie shakey and blury. The faster an object moves the blurier the image - to the point that after a few minutes you feel a little nauseous. This has been universal for all 4 of the 2d to 3D movies we've bought. At least we were able to return the last two movies we purchased that were remastered in 3D due to this problem. I was so sad because I had been waiting forever to see Monsters Inc in 3D.

Monsters Inc is one of my favorite Pixar movies, it was actually the first Pixar movie I ever saw! Monsters Inc shows us that the monsters that come out of the closet to scare children do so because scream is a source of energy in thier world (called Monstropolis) and that said monsters are more scared of the children than the kids are of the monsters. Sulley (played by John Goodman), a top scarer with Monsters Inc. accidentally brings a little girl (who he calls Boo) into Monstropolis and uncovers a sinister scheme. What follows is lots of light-hearted fun and a few thrills as Sulley and his friend Mike (played by Billy Crystal) race to stop the plot and return Boo to her home. The animation was state of the art for it's time and still looks great today. Monsters Inc stands alongside the likes of WALL-E and Up in terms of animation. The visuals look even better on Blu-Ray! The lines are sharp and clear, the colors are bright and vibrant and the animation looks even more fluid in Hi-Def. Some of the in-jokes in the background are clearer in Hi-Def. The monsters themselves look great, any one of them would be a great toy! The DVD extras are included in the Blu-Rays. The extras include some animated shorts, highlights from the Monsters Inc company play, the employee handbook and lots of input from the guys at Pixar on how they made Monsters Inc. There's a great Blu-Ray exclusive called 'Roz's 100 Door challenge'. This game is a combination of movie trivia and puzzle solving (some of the puzzles are really challenging). By playing this game, you can find out where you fit in as a Monsters Inc employee! Monsters Inc is a great movie the whole family can enjoy. This movie is well worth the upgrade from DVD to Blu-Ray and is an essential addition to any Blu-Ray collection.

This is already one of my favorite Blu-rays, as the picture is incredible. I got this with Up today, and as I haven't watched Up yet, I can't say this for certain - but of the 100+ Blu-rays I already own - this is by far one of the best looking/sounding ones. For those of you who haven't seen it, this movie is fun, fantastic, and very moving. The acting is terrific, and the plot successfully draws you in. After calibrating my TV a little again using the THX Optimizer included with any Pixar Blu-ray, the picture was amazing. Seriously - buy this movie. As Professor Frink of the Simpson's says, "the colors, children! Look at the colors!"

Monsters Inc is becoming a go to in our house. We have all the Pixar movies, but it seems like our kids gravitate to only a few of them. This is one of the ones they can't get enough of. There are a few sections that get them hiding under their blankets, but overall it's a very family friendly movie that adults can also appreciate. My biggest complaint with Disney in general is the lack of digital copies unless you pay top dollar for the most premium edition. Would be nice to have a copy for on the go.

Pixar has continued to mature in its animation techniques and storytelling ambitions, but the studio will be hard-pressed to ever again release a film quite as vibrant as Monsters, Inc. Blu-ray video quality is nose-to-the-screen good, and special features are plentiful (albeit dated at times by a 2001 DVD release origin). Very few Blu-ray releases will be as universally crowd-pleasing as Monsters, Inc.

Ive been a fan of this movie since it came out, very happy to see it out on Blu-Ray. The aspect ratio FINALLY fills the screen. I was very happy about this, too many movies have widescreen bars (on a widescreen tv it puzzles me). Monsters Inc. is the best movie Pixar has done since Toy Story 2 and it looks even better in High Def.

Its great that they made a movie where kids can get something out of it. Who would have thought that the real story is monsters are scared of kids. I think it give out a great message for the kids to not be scared. I think Adults would be able to enjoy over and over againg, trust me your kids would want to see it over and over again!!

This was a great rerelease by Pixar. It has always been a favorite of mine, and now that it is has been remastered for Blu Ray it is even better. Everything looks and sounds much crisper. If you are a fan of the original and are looking to upgrade, definitely take advantage of this!

THIS IS A REALLY GOOD ONE-MY DAUGHTER DIDN'T KNOW THIS MOVIE WAS A FEW YEARS OLD AT A-LL SHE WAS LOVING IT LIKE IT JUST CAME OUT-I ALSO ENJOYED WATCHING ALONG-ITS FUN AND CUTE AND CARING-I LOVE THIS MOVIE-I DEFINATLEY ADDED IT TO MY DAUGHTER'S COLLECTION-SHE DIDNT LET ME LEAVE THE STORE WITHOUT IT.

This movie made myself and all the kids I know who saw it laugh until they snorted! It was warm and touching yet at the same time full of laughter and silliness. as with all Pixar movies it has something for all age groups.

This is easily one of the greatest Pixar movies ever made. It's fun and creative, and the plot really touches your heart. Underneath the story of a monster and a little girl, there is a deeper message about stereotypes, acceptance, and love. Get this movie!

My kids and I liked this movie when they were younger and still enjoy it now. Great for kids! I bought another movie to give to my niece for Christmas. This is better than the second Monster Inc movie.

This is a great kids as well as adult movie. I enjoyed this movie I have watched it quite a few times and have found it to be entertaining each time. This is a great movie thay any person will like to watch.
