Hopefully nothing happens to my phone and I don't have to use the accident protection, but I know they are not helpful over the phone. I waited hours and when I finally was connected to a representative they told me they don't work with the phone side only computer and to just call Verizon. Didn't even try to help.

This is a good insrance plan on my phone better than the AT&T insurance plan.

Not to crazy about geek squad. I like to take care of the geek stuff myself. But have heard of many of people complaining afterwards and having to use to some i know to finish fixing or fix many issue they didnt take care of. Not worth the money or hassle.

Always get the recommended protection for your device

if you are on the go then so should your protection!

This plan is so easy to use and understand! I definitely recommend getting it if you go through phones like I do!

They were upfront about prices. No hassles, hopefully i will never need it..
