I purchased a laptop online from BestBuy.com, which was shipped via Roadie Delivery Service. Unfortunately, the delivery driver stole the package. I provided the security video evidence to both BestBuy.com and Roadie Delivery Service, but I am still awaiting a resolution and a replacement. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I had been a total tech member for almost 3 years my membership was canceled unbeknownst to me i lost over $150 dollars in reward points honestly questioning if it was worth it . Being a total tech member used to mean something back in the day.. now it feels like they just kick you to the curb if you dont agree with the way the treat you in store

I do use the service a good bit. The problem is it takes so long to get to an agent for help and when you finally get someone a million questions are asked over and over. The worse part is the agents are in call centers around the globe and you never get to speak with someone from the US. This frustrates me. However being a senior citizens and as not tech savvy as the younger generations I have not chose but to have this type of service.

I recommend getting Best Buys protection plan. Ive already used this warranty protection plan and it saved me money on replacement cost.
