• If you accidentally damage your product while handling it, we'll take care of it.: Enjoy peace of mind knowing that you're covered if the unexpected happens.
• If your unremovable battery won't hold a charge, we'll replace your product.: To get help, just bring your product into a Best Buy store. We'll check out what's wrong and get you a replacement (if the product is available) or reimburse you.
• If your hard drive stops working, we'll repair it.: We'll cover the cost of repair if your hard drive fails through normal use. Does not include Data Recovery.
• If there's a failure from normal wear and tear, we'll repair it.: This could be a problem with an internal part or speaker, or how the laptop was manufactured. It could also be caused by dust, internal heat or humidity.
• When something goes wrong, we're always here to help.: Visit your local Best Buy store to start a claim, or call us at 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289) to ask questions about your plan.
