My new laptop, a Lenovo Legion Pro 5i and its accessories, rate an A+, but it would not have without the Geek Squad, which was amazing! I cannot praise them enough for getting me through a difficult setup. Microsoft is being so intrusive now days that the average person is at their mercy to setup a device in a way that is acceptable and which successfully minimizes Microsoft's outrageously aggressive promotion of their products. Truly, as far as I am concerned, my Total Tech cost paid for itself with this one purchase because I more than likely would have returned this $2,000 laptop (hey, don't judge, it was the only model with the ports I needed) if it had not been for the professionalism, friendliness, knowledge, and patience of Jacob (Geek Squad Tech), Emily (Geek Squad Manager), and Michael (the employee who set me up with Jacob). They were all beyond amazing. I am a granny who has had a horrible few years (lost my husband after a horrendous 5 year struggle with aggressive dementia), and I struggle to cope with any stress these days. The Geek Squad employees at Port Arthur, Texas, just did everything they could to minimize my stress. I just cannot tell you how much I appreciated them. So, yes, the Lenovo Legion gets 5 stars, but it was because the Geek Squad gets 10. I HIGHLY recommend the Port Arthur Geek Squad and Best Buy Port Arthur, and, now that they did their magic to configure and customize my laptop, I am thrilled with it as well. Truly, getting Total Tech (for several years now, even while struggling to stay in my home while my husband was ill) was one of the best decisions I EVER made! Thank you, Jacob, Emily, Michael, Total Tech, and Best Buy PA!

Bought as a college present, they love the OLED and the touch-screen. Great all-around computer. Has the standard USB-C and the older USB so we can use a thumb drive without extra cables.

The Best Buy sales rep did such a good job helping me choose what would work best for me and also the Best Buy Geek Squad help set my computer up and helped answer lots of questions that I had and help me fix things on it that needed to be adjusted.

As of writing this review I had no major problems with my laptop. It has all the ports you need with a laptop. The keyboard has RGB if you are into that and the screen is OLED. The laptops build quality overall feels premium. My complaint is not with the laptop but with windows. There is a process that runs the background, WorkloadsSessionHost, and it eats up a lot of ram.

I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase! Not only did they take exceptional care of my electronics, but they also went out of their way to assist me with previous devices I bought from other places. The team is incredibly friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. I even have access to them via chat, so if I need help with anything at home, they are always just a message away. I can’t thank them enough for their outstanding service!

The protection for my washer is came in handy, even though I didn't need to use it.

I purchased a pc in September and was highly satisfied, It wasn't until a few months later that I decided I needed a laptop as well. If it weren't for Best Buys great service as well as my Monthly Best Buy Protection, I would have been stuck with a laptop that didn't work properly within the first month of use. Originally bought a Lenovo Legion & went through 2 before finally buying an ASUS ROG Zephyrus. I knew I should have in first place as I still have an ASUS laptop that's 20 years old & still functions.

Got better in-store help then I could get from Microsoft

Had a spill on my MacBook Air, not salvageable. Used a spare laptop till the new M4 came out, glad I waited, 15” with upgraded storage. Very happy so far with this purchase!

Love this! The screen is beautiful and I love the touch screen. It’s a thin design and has a nice weight to it. It doesn’t feel cheap, great quality, and it’s fast. The charger is even cool I like that too!

Saved me from disaster. Cranberry juice and electronics dont play nice together.

Great laptop. Compact and portable with high performance and good graphics. The LED lights on the case add a nice sleek touch.
