Worth the extra money!

I brought it back and they replaced it, that same day, with another brand new laptop for free. Highly recommend!

Membership Options

I went to the Gastonia store in North Carolina and the salesman I forgot his name, but I will figure it out and put it on here ..suggested this to me.. It gives you so many more options than the regular warranties.. And it is annually so I will be doing this every year .. Because of how many products I buy from Best Buy.. I am very grateful for this time that somebody actually gave me this information instead of going through different warranty plans.. which I particularly do not like at the end of the day when something goes wrong..
