The protection plan is very usefup to have and not too much money.

AS WITH PREVIOUS PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM BEST BUY, THE PROTECTION PLAN IS GREAT.

I purchased this product annually for. The last 3 years. It will pay for itself. We enjoy extended warranty for items purchased . Normally we would not pay for the extended warranty. The free delivery for appliances has been great and they set them up. Not to mention assistance with computers, setting up security cameras. I have always gotten great service with the Athens Ga BEST BUY. One of my favorite stores.

Troubleshooting with a live agent went very smoothly and they were even able to remote into my laptop to help me solve an issue. It's always great to have a protection plan from Best Buy to cover large items like TVs, laptops, and appliances. The representatives from Best Buy are very helpful which makes me less stressed. My iPhone screen guard was replaced without asking any questions. This plan is a comprehensive coverage for all the electronic items purchased and it's a tech secured.

The original protectiin plans were by far the best. Nis theyres alot of loops when returinf an item. Before you will vet full retai price and now they take money for the time you had it. You now get points only while using your BBY credit card, i dont think that was the beat decicion.
