I purchased this product annually for. The last 3 years. It will pay for itself. We enjoy extended warranty for items purchased . Normally we would not pay for the extended warranty. The free delivery for appliances has been great and they set them up. Not to mention assistance with computers, setting up security cameras. I have always gotten great service with the Athens Ga BEST BUY. One of my favorite stores.

Excelent laptop, the battery life is good, arround 3-4 hours.

Appointments have been available in a very prompt time frame. Most agents are polite.

I purchased this plan with my new laptop, as I always do with expensive purchases. I have never had a better experience with a protection plan than I have with this one. Troubleshooting with a live agent went very smoothly and they were even able to remote into my laptop to help me solve an issue. I 100% recommend that you get the protection plan if you are purchasing a laptop from Best Buy.

i was a bit shy about purchasing the Monthly Best Buy Protection (up to 24 mo.) but after taking my Laptop to the Geek Squad there to have it worked on it paid for the whole price with just the first visit. And it is good for 2 years. i highly recommend this plan..ive never been someone to buy extended warranties but after realizing all of the things i have purchased at Best Buy over the past 4-6 months, they are all covered with this plan and returns are good for 60 days opposed to 15 days on most items you buy there.. You can not go wrong with the Best Buy protection 24 month plan..it is definitely worth every dollar..

I have never had a technical problem that the Geek Squad could not resolve. They are courteous and precise. I have never had to go anywhere else!
