Just buy the protection plan, I've used it without any hassles, replaced a couple of laptop faces that got bent, screens cracked. I've had protection plan for a while, just my first review of it.

The Best Buy Monthly Protection Plan offers flexible payments and comprehensive coverage, but can be costly over time and has occasional issues with claims and cancellations. have not had those yet. alredy used it on a virus scare so feels worth it right now.

This is great and comes with my Best Buy Total Yearly Membership! When something goes wrong, they fix it! Sometimes, when your printer is 15 years old, they recommend replacing it.

Always on computers because they end up having issues. But i dont cost me anything with the entended warranty because we have used on other purchases and made out before.

I was hesitant to get this but sure glad I did. I first went with a Dell and tried and tried to get it working properly to no avail and I was over the return date but because I had TotalTech, I was able to replace the Dell with a new HP Spectre which was on sale. I've had a few problems and called and the problem was fixed immediately. Now I will use this to have the Geek Squad check my Router because Spectrum says there is no problem in their line. I will find out and get it fixed and have a few things that I need to find out if it is me or my laptop that seems to not be working correctly. Wow, I will only be charged for any parts needed, not the labor and I can have them check any other items electrical in the house. It's worth the price.

Speedy fast excellent laptop would buy over again if needed, but probably won’t need to cause it’s such a great laptop!
