I recommend getting a warranty for the security of your computer.

Definitely get this if you're getting any products! It's heavily needed!

I am generally not a "buy the warranty" person but this has been so incredibly worth it. And the best buy twam has been super helpful and courteous anytime I've needed any kind of repair/maintenance.

I purchased a membership plan and have recommended to several friends. I have become a huge fan of Best Buy.

I have three kids at home, that like to get into things they shouldn't. With this, I know that if something were to happen, it is protected.

I was hesitant on purchasing the policy but I unfortunately had to use it and was pleasantly surprised on how easy Best Buy made it to replace my computer and they actually upgraded it because didn't have my exact model so they gave me the one better.

Alwaya be the customer to know or understand the customers need and help them. As my experience when we talk to them as a grandkid or as a family member they feel so secure, always happy to come back again. In other situations, when a customer is purchasing a product or buy accessory they know what they are buying but still they have confused about otherbrabd and may be they buy and left store not happy or not satisfied. So, always ask them are you find what you are looking for and any help with they product they purchase.

Came included with my Totaltech membership at Best Buy. Saved myself $1500 for a similarly speced laptop. Had an old gaming laptop that died because of hardware failure, and was able to get it swapped for the latest version of the laptop because I got a protection plan on it. Normally I would have to sell my old laptop, lose some of its value or potentially not even sell it, in order to save enough for a new laptop. this protection plan helped me avoid all that hastle and get a free upgrade. Best 1500 I spent in my life.

GSP Or Best Buy protection is the absolute best! And that paired with TTS is a no brainer! I can’t think of a single product that I haven’t added gsp to, and I buy a lot! Be smart and protect your products! And make sure you read what that specific warranty covers. Not all Best Buy warranties are the same and not all products get the same warranty! Any replacement plan with full accidental damage is hands down worth it!!! Laptops, cameras, game consoles/accessories, vacuums, drones! No question I’ll buy the protection every time
