The Galaxy Book 4 Pro 360 hands down has been such a great laptop for me. The size, the weight, the features of connecting to my samsung phone and using it as a tablet. I would not buy anything without the protection, to be safe from spills or any damage.

So far, I have not had to use the protection because my laptop is really great but it's great to have to not worry about something happening because the assurance is there! Thanks

Its always good to have, better to have and not need. Then something break and end up needing it.

Don't leave Best Buy without this protection. It is a must have for your investment. Accidents do happen and can be very costly.

I have this plan on my laptop, and when it got damaged they fixed and it was all covered by the plan. But when I got my laptop back they had fixed the old issue but now it has a dent from them putting it back together. Which kind of just sucks I would've though they would've been a bit more carful but I was mistaken. Especially on a 2000$ laptop

Best Buy Protection is very good. Geek Squad is dependable and knowledgeable.

Just buy the protection plan, I've used it without any hassles, replaced a couple of laptop faces that got bent, screens cracked. I've had protection plan for a while, just my first review of it.

I would recommend this to someone who is buying expensive items. Best buy has a great policy when it comes to repairing damaged items.

So far it's been useful. Things break. Computers are pricier now, and I'm not sure they're designed any better; in fact, I suspect the opposite. I can't speak for the overall geek squad, but the folks in Annapolis are pretty good.

I've always purchased the 24 month protection and thankfully have not had use it often. But the few times over the years that I have had to use it, it's incredible. It's not like regular insurance (car, homeowner, life, etc.) where you have a million hoops to jump through after filing a claim. This is the type of insurance/protection where the company is legitimately trying to help you (as opposed to traditional insurance where they are looking for a reason to deny your claim). Highly recommend for any purchase - especially pricey electronics.
