In hindsight, I should have continued searching for a laptop. This Surface Laptop 5 only has 8GB of RAM (certainly not future forward since the standard will eventually be 16GB). The resale value is laughable at best. The battery life will not make it through a 9-5 work shift without needing the charger. The proprietary charging cord drives me nuts since USB-C charging is common among other brands. Some lag during normal use on the internet. Unfortunately, Windows platform works best with my work software, otherwise I would be using a Chromebook. Horrible purchase on my part as I could have purchase a Dell with 16GB for a fraction of the cost. Hope this helps others.

Came included with my Totaltech membership at Best Buy. Saved myself $1500 for a similarly speced laptop. Had an old gaming laptop that died because of hardware failure, and was able to get it swapped for the latest version of the laptop because I got a protection plan on it. Normally I would have to sell my old laptop, lose some of its value or potentially not even sell it, in order to save enough for a new laptop. this protection plan helped me avoid all that hastle and get a free upgrade. Best 1500 I spent in my life.

Alwaya be the customer to know or understand the customers need and help them. As my experience when we talk to them as a grandkid or as a family member they feel so secure, always happy to come back again. In other situations, when a customer is purchasing a product or buy accessory they know what they are buying but still they have confused about otherbrabd and may be they buy and left store not happy or not satisfied. So, always ask them are you find what you are looking for and any help with they product they purchase.
