Worth getting to protect your electronics that are used regularly. What is even better, is it also covers other electronics you purchase and you have access to the Geek Squad. What more could you ask for?

Great computer if you have to work with large files and capacity.

It is best to purchase a warranty for any product that you buy. And will be used continually.

The protection plan from BestBuy is a no brainer. This plan gives me peace of mind knowing that BestBuy will either fix or replace the items i bought.

I usually don't buy protection plans and have not had any problems, but this time I purchased the 2year plan with benefits such as Geek Squad assistance. Well I used it for the first time because I had trouble navigating the migration of information and synching information without having to manually put all things in, simple enough...now that I know how. The CSRs are highly skilled and accessible.

My Best Buy Protection plan gave me comfort that my laptop would be protected if I needed assistance. Luckily I had no issues with the device.

Gives you a sense of added protection. The staff are very helpful if you need to have your product looked at and fixed.

I've always purchased the 24 month protection and thankfully have not had use it often. But the few times over the years that I have had to use it, it's incredible. It's not like regular insurance (car, homeowner, life, etc.) where you have a million hoops to jump through after filing a claim. This is the type of insurance/protection where the company is legitimately trying to help you (as opposed to traditional insurance where they are looking for a reason to deny your claim). Highly recommend for any purchase - especially pricey electronics.

Just glad to have it because we have 2 desktops, 4 laptops, 4 flatscreens, 2 tablets, security equipment and a bunch of other stuff. I don’t worry about it with this on hand. I take care of stuff bout if something happens, it gives peace of mind. If you have a lot of Electronics and this is the way to go.

Best thing ever when the first laptop I bought did not work out.

So far so good. My dell computer was taken in to repair the screen which had a crack in it. They were unable to repair it however they gave back a full refund instead. They kept me updated throughout via phone call and text which was helpful. Pleasant and competent employees of geek squad.
