Best value for the money. If you buy more than 1 item a year from best buy it is amazing.

Just glad to have it because we have 2 desktops, 4 laptops, 4 flatscreens, 2 tablets, security equipment and a bunch of other stuff. I don’t worry about it with this on hand. I take care of stuff bout if something happens, it gives peace of mind. If you have a lot of Electronics and this is the way to go.

Great coverage, BB people are always super helful if I need a repair/replacement of an otem. Very happy with my experience.

With this protection I was able to exchange a tower computer for a laptop because it would never operate correctly. I made multiple trips for issues I had and each time we thought it was resolved but then something different would pop up. I finally asked if I could just exchange the tower for another computer and finally I had a fully functioning laptop! I definitely recommend this protection and the TotalTech membership because combined the two saved my sanity!

The workers were very helpful with my purchases and were able to provide recommendations. My PC has performed extremely well and runs quickly.

This protection plan has come in handy a few times, it's definitely worth it especially if a corner gets dented or a key breaks or any other small damage.

The total tech solution is a no-brainer. I know it’s $200 a year but I’m telling you it pays for itself. I have never lost money on this in all the years I’ve had it I’ve always had enough issues develop with the course of the year that more than covered the cost, and then sell, I highly recommend this product

Speedy fast excellent laptop would buy over again if needed, but probably won’t need to cause it’s such a great laptop!

Laptop came in a timely manner with minimal hassle and in pristine condition

Years ago when products lasted a bit longer insurance coverage usually expired before the product. These days, insurance/coverage of some kind is necessary. In addition, during the duration of my plan anything I buy at best buy is also covered. Sounds good to me. Also, with non local plans they want to fix problems by remote access which I've found makes things worse. Now, I can run up to my local best buy have the Geek Squad work on it. No more "not so competent" techs remote accessing my pc.
