I purchased an ASUS laptop in 2022 and purchased this protection for it. Unfortunately the laptop developed a problem after some updates. Best Buy purchased the laptop back and I was able to buy a different ASUS laptop. I would recommend having this extra protection on expensive items like this.

Stupid to spend this kind of cash on a computer and not protect it. This is a great service.

Thank goodness! I purchased this plan and forgot about it, It is on auto-renewal and thank goodness. My daughter broke the hinge on her school laptop and damaged her gaming laptop, all in the same semester. The savings compared to no warranty were phenomenal. I will continue to renew this product warranty. I have a second child entering college this year!

Best Buy has the best warranties. They make it easy to get your product fixed or replaced. This is why I buy from them and not other companies.

Ive had to use tge protection program due to laptop not holding a charge. Hope tge repairs are covered, however i was told this was good for 2 years and its only been 1 year and they are charging me anotger $145 this July for another year.

Years ago when products lasted a bit longer insurance coverage usually expired before the product. These days, insurance/coverage of some kind is necessary. In addition, during the duration of my plan anything I buy at best buy is also covered. Sounds good to me. Also, with non local plans they want to fix problems by remote access which I've found makes things worse. Now, I can run up to my local best buy have the Geek Squad work on it. No more "not so competent" techs remote accessing my pc.

I h experienced to buy a laptop and change because of lots products are new and updated. The people working in Best Buy were intelligent and helpful. I confident that when you buy a product with Best Buy it is sure it is protected and updated.

I got this computer for my son who is 12 years old after he kept complaining of how slow his previous desktop was. Now I see that he's very happy with how this Omen Laptop performs. He normally plays ROBLOX and Minecraft and so far no disappointment. I'm very glad I was able to purchase this laptop with all the nice features it comes with. A big upgrade!!

I never had an issue when taking a component back to be refunded or exchanged. I travel for work and I have visited multiple Best Buys for any issues i had with products. Not once have I been upset by the customer service at any store I have gone to. I really believe this protection plan is the bees knees!

I haven't had any problems with anything I have bought in Best Buy, but who can complain about any kind of assistance from the store at a cheaper price than the warranty for the product? And being able to add any other kind of electronic to the same package is even better. This makes me feel confident that not matter what my electronic will be okay.
