I spend a lot of money on protection plans for my home and my office. Being able to pay one price and cover all my devices under one umbrella makes good sense. In my experience with Best Buy their protection is the best out there. Not having to ship things back and forth, especially when you are talking about something essential like a printer. For a small business there is no other choice.

I purchased an ASUS laptop in 2022 and purchased this protection for it. Unfortunately the laptop developed a problem after some updates. Best Buy purchased the laptop back and I was able to buy a different ASUS laptop. I would recommend having this extra protection on expensive items like this.

My husband and I are up in years so this plan is wonderful for us And they have helped us tremendously. The employees are all wonderful

Definitely must get! Covers all purchases automatically once purchase and added to my phone number on file. No questions asked for replacement or fix.

I never had an issue when taking a component back to be refunded or exchanged. I travel for work and I have visited multiple Best Buys for any issues i had with products. Not once have I been upset by the customer service at any store I have gone to. I really believe this protection plan is the bees knees!

I have used this protection before several years ago and it came in handy for sure

So far so good. My dell computer was taken in to repair the screen which had a crack in it. They were unable to repair it however they gave back a full refund instead. They kept me updated throughout via phone call and text which was helpful. Pleasant and competent employees of geek squad.

Glad we bought this because our purchase came defectI’ve out of the box. However, customer service insisted that we had to pay a hundred extra dollars because we had bought our device on sale. It took a lengthy chat with the manager to get a return.

Have not needed to use this service. If it is anything like the Geek Squad plans of yester year, then it would be great.
