I got this computer for my son who is 12 years old after he kept complaining of how slow his previous desktop was. Now I see that he's very happy with how this Omen Laptop performs. He normally plays ROBLOX and Minecraft and so far no disappointment. I'm very glad I was able to purchase this laptop with all the nice features it comes with. A big upgrade!!

I never had an issue when taking a component back to be refunded or exchanged. I travel for work and I have visited multiple Best Buys for any issues i had with products. Not once have I been upset by the customer service at any store I have gone to. I really believe this protection plan is the bees knees!

I haven't had any problems with anything I have bought in Best Buy, but who can complain about any kind of assistance from the store at a cheaper price than the warranty for the product? And being able to add any other kind of electronic to the same package is even better. This makes me feel confident that not matter what my electronic will be okay.

I would recommend your warranty to anybody if you get a bad appliance I was very well taken care of

Always there.. I haven’t needed it yet but when I thought I did.. they helped me after I told them my problem. It was fixed and I didn’t have to leave my house.

Got for my son this for college. Was definitely way over kill for what he needed butvit is super fast and he loves it. Did have a problem with the hard drive at about a year but the best buy extended warranty took care of that. Over all hes super satisfied and im happy.

Customer service sucks. The one time I had to use it, it makes me wish I had not bought it. I they chose who they want to serve , I had a 12:30 appointment and the rep comes up to me ask what was wrong with my computer and I told him and he went to another customer who did not have an appoiment and served him. I had to request a supervisor to get service and she made a lot of sorry excuses.

The protection I signed up for has given me peace of mind. I use my previous experience with other non-Best Buy items that I had a similar experience with a warranty that really helped out. I have used Best Buy Geek Squad for a few IT items and have been very satisfied with their work.

A friend told me about this and now I have to get it with all my purchases.

The store had exactly what we wanted and the staff was incredibly helpful in describing the pros and cons of the different brands and types and finding what was the best fit and price for what we were using the prop for.

I have not needed to use it but I get free protection on my new TV, Soundbar and Lenovo Laptop. This saves me the cost of having to pay for protection on new purchases.
