Bestbuy protection is a no brainer. It allows you to essentially trial an item for a longer period and be able to return it, if it is not what you like. I also get this protection because it covers accidental damage as well as defective damage, with no questions asked. Very good service plan.

So far great for peace of mind. Nice knowing that everything is covered no matter what happens along the way.

I bought the $49 two month replacement plan because the laptop i bought was not the laptop i wanted... best decision i could've made! I replaced that original laptop with another, then ANOTHER before finally getting my current machine so yeah; purchacing this plan was a very smart decision!

I believe that the overall experience at best buy is awesome but also the information that you get from the employees as well as de recomendations base on what you really want and meets your needs are very satisfying. Awesome.

Got for my son this for college. Was definitely way over kill for what he needed butvit is super fast and he loves it. Did have a problem with the hard drive at about a year but the best buy extended warranty took care of that. Over all hes super satisfied and im happy.

Always there.. I haven’t needed it yet but when I thought I did.. they helped me after I told them my problem. It was fixed and I didn’t have to leave my house.

Love my laptop. But one today. You will love it also.

Best Buy has the best warranties. They make it easy to get your product fixed or replaced. This is why I buy from them and not other companies.

I have not needed to use it but I get free protection on my new TV, Soundbar and Lenovo Laptop. This saves me the cost of having to pay for protection on new purchases.

As a total tech member i have used this several times now, they even are accommodating enough to replace a broken charger for a device that was covered, and the coverage continues! The bestbuy chat is especially helpful because they generally explain things where there isn't any confusion.

Great computer if you have to work with large files and capacity.

Love this laptop, it was greay till a few days ago. It start with touchscreen not working properly and a few days after i found a crack on the screen. Everything else works great. I took it to the geek squad, they say I run out of warranty, hopefully i can get it fix soon. Other than thatbis being amazing.

Good value, protection for 2 years so I'm good with that.

We do several drying loads per day, so we need the protection plan in case something goes wrong.

I'm so thankful that we chose to get this plan. We needed to use it and the response time was incredible and the service technician was knowledgeable and able to fix the problem very quickly. It is well worth the money.

Far better than Dell Premium Support. I had a Dell gaming computer that started trouble 1 mo. after hardware warranty expired. Dell said the video card was bad. I bought a new Lenovo from Best Buy. Then added this Geek Squad support dropped the Dell off as they covered it next day I picked it up running like a top great to see it was not a hardware issue but Dell Premium could not find the issue twice.....

An absolute necessity to have with technology in any situation.
