Absolutely must buy the protection plan. We have a lot of devices from Best Buy and honestly without the protection plan we would have been flushing money down the toilet.

As a total tech member i have used this several times now, they even are accommodating enough to replace a broken charger for a device that was covered, and the coverage continues! The bestbuy chat is especially helpful because they generally explain things where there isn't any confusion.

Great laptop it just didn’t play well with my Apple Studio Monitors. Could not make any monitor adjustments. I returned it and purchased an Apple laptop. But this is a great laptop otherwise. Great screen quality, light weight, and fast .

Love this laptop, it was greay till a few days ago. It start with touchscreen not working properly and a few days after i found a crack on the screen. Everything else works great. I took it to the geek squad, they say I run out of warranty, hopefully i can get it fix soon. Other than thatbis being amazing.

I accidently dropped my laptop off a deck to concrete. Yeah. It cost me a hundred dollars to look at it and they gave me a brand new ASUS Rog as I had before, cant beat that. Accidents happen
