It is worth the money to have the warranty for repairs instead of out of pocket expenses

this is pretty good protection, but it was sold to us as being much better and easier than it has actually been. Required more steps and time than promised, but still pretty good

This laptop cost me more tan the original laptop that I was looking for. It even has a touch screen where as the other laptop that I wanted. I was surprised for the easy setup. I'm really happy with my purchase of this item.

my son mainly uses the laptop for gaming its a really good laptop. i do a lil bit of gsming on it too. to be honest i don't know much about pc gaming i mainly do console gaming ps5,xbox series x. the rtx 3070 is pretty powerful enough to run mostly all games pretty decent.

This has the best screen. Extra large and easy to see. Also has touch screen to make life easier! Definitely recommend this one!

At first i was a bit sceptic before buying because to me the price was a bit high. But i needed a fast updated computer for school because of the type of software my school uses for examing taking, for example, exam soft application. This computer was easy to navigate and work very fast.

I'm not usually an extended warranty purchaser, but have kept the protection offered by Best Buy. I've had to use them twice and more than made up for the cost of the protection plans. It's like insurance...if you need it, it's really bad to not have it!

For me the Total Tech membership works great. Is it a bit expensive, yes... but when you add up I have 5 phones on it, 2 laptops, airpods, and a TV. All those extended warranty plans would be more than twice the amount.
