I typically don't buy additional protections and insurances. I took the leap this time and am so happy I did. Two of my computers were duds. Getting replacements was easy and hassle free. I also appreciate that whatever electronics I buy are automatically covered as well.

My ten year old PC went blue screen on me. Bought Total Tech and had Geek Squad member diagnos the problem. Would have to wipe everything and reinstall or buy new. Purchased a new laptop and Geek Squad transferred all the files at the store. Scheduled an appointment for in home set up and everything was recovered and is running smoothly.

This plan is well worth the investment. The Geek squad has been very helpful on multiple occasions in solving various technical difficulties.

It has been a great help having the protection added, I had to take my laptop in a few times for minor check ups and was in and out of the store quick.

About six months into having my laptop the touch screen as well as the pen stylist stopped working, A year and a half after the purchase I started having problems with the screen freezing up on me. It went for repair with geek squad twice. Afterwhich I was able to return the laptop because it was within two years of me purchasing it. Thank goodness I had Geek Squad!

Really awesome warranty that is easy to apply to products purchased, includes apple care as well.

I think this is a vary useful thing to buy because what if you spill something on your computer BAM you need a new PC unless you have this
