We have purchased HP computers from Best Buy for many years. We have decided to try out the service plan with geek squad this time. We have been happy so far with the set up and transfer to new computer.

I love my Best Buy protection. it covers everything we purchase at Best Buy. Worth the money!!

I've never had to use Best Buy's 24 month protection program. That's why I give it only 4 stars. I can only say that a person would be a fool not to purchase it these days since most of the garbage that comes from overseas is almost never up to US, EU, or Japanese quality standards. Also, who wouldn't want a little insurance coverage against accidents? Get it. It's worth every penny.

Best Buy stands by their product protection plan. It is affordable and easy no hassle warranty. They are so nice and friendly and don’t challenge or blame the customer. They go way above and beyond to resolve the issues.

Purchase all tech products from BestBuy because of the automatic 24 month protection plan. Much better alternative than a separate protection plan for each purchase.

I have always had great experiences with the Geek Squad and in the event something goes wrong my new laptop I will get the proper repairs and I can have any tech questions answered by professionals. I consider Best Buy protection a must if you're not technically savvy!

I am so happy with this computer. I have been using an HP desktop for the better part of 8 years or so. I am in the process of moving info from the old pc to the new laptop. I love the graphics on the laptop as well as the speed. Again I am very happy with my purchase.
