Worked well for x2 mounting of TV as first mount did not work because it wasn't deep enough for the plug to fit between the TV and the outlet. First Geeks did get dirt on my carpet. Second was really great, contracted guy. Geeks who transferred my data from old computer to new were great. I did have to make a second trip but that was so they could rework Outlook to make sure my folders transferred.

Excellent servicing at all times! When it comes to tech support my brain is empty.. You provide such a wonderful and very timely customer services...

It's good to have on deck because sure, you might never have issue or accident but I personally like to know I'm cover if the worse were to come.

Not as good as they hype it up to be. Will not ad match like was told . Hope i dont get more surprises when its time to file a repair claim.

I had to return bought laptop due to not connecting to wifi/internet and some other issues with it. Customer service just replaced it with a brand new one.

While I haven’t had reason to use it I am relieved to have the extra protection just in case. I was also pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t overly expensive. This is a peace of mind purchase.

I've taken advantage of this a couple of times already. If you are getting expensive electronics it's a no brainer!

I am a little confused on how it works but I like knowing that if something happens I have them to look at everything and help me figure out what is going on!

I renewed MySoftware license.that allows me to work from home and at the same price able to share it with other family members. So they can use it for work and school. So its a fantastic value.
