I have purchased two computers in three months. This plan has been used multiple times. Other than the wait to get an appointment, I have been very pleased with the services provided.

Honestly this should be a must when you sho here just in case, specially if you have others who aren’t as careful as you living around your technology

I always get the warranty as it was needed for the item I purchased it for. The item was not able to be repaired, so the warranty paid for a new one.

I have always used Best Buy Total because of the insane value that comes with the warranties.

Always get the protection plan you never know what’s gonna happen. Better to be safe than sorry and with the best buy. It is easy 1 2 3. Couldn’t get much better than that.

Worked well for x2 mounting of TV as first mount did not work because it wasn't deep enough for the plug to fit between the TV and the outlet. First Geeks did get dirt on my carpet. Second was really great, contracted guy. Geeks who transferred my data from old computer to new were great. I did have to make a second trip but that was so they could rework Outlook to make sure my folders transferred.
