Best Customer service with Geek Squad. They have saved me technology and data wise multiple times. I intentionally purchase all products if possible from Best Buy if they carru it to support their model.

I'm loving total tech, not so much the long hour window or the wait for service. I like that my purchases are installed and covered ny total tech. I am not liking the new total tech breakdown.

Great lightweight laptop for college student! Touch screen, lots of storage and bandwidth. Can have many tabs open at once with no problems slowing it down. So far so good! Great reviews on this one made it easy to pick this one of so any out there.

This protection plan is great. It’s good knowing we can rest easy if a product is malfunctioning or accidents happen. I haven’t had to use it but it’s good knowing it’s there
