The plans have made it great and a feeling of no worries like my other products I've had that needed service.

I'm loving total tech, not so much the long hour window or the wait for service. I like that my purchases are installed and covered ny total tech. I am not liking the new total tech breakdown.

I did NOT cancel my TOTALTECH plan. $199/yr That is the best insurance plan I have ever seen. ALL I DID WAS EXCHANGE A COMPUTER....keeping the plan. Please someone straighten this out. thanks

I love this service and year to year I paid because is very cheaper I sue a lot of and With just one service from my computer my annuity is already paid

Honestly this should be a must when you sho here just in case, specially if you have others who aren’t as careful as you living around your technology

I've purchased Best Buy protection plan before so it was a no brainer to purchase it when I got my new HP laptop. It has been very helpful for my past purchases and even covers new purchases for 24 months.

Always get the protection plan you never know what’s gonna happen. Better to be safe than sorry and with the best buy. It is easy 1 2 3. Couldn’t get much better than that.

I always get the warranty as it was needed for the item I purchased it for. The item was not able to be repaired, so the warranty paid for a new one.
