Really good protection plan! Provides me needs along with the laptop warranty!

This is a must for when you work around children. I have not used the service yet, but I am happy to know that I have it.

I have not had an issue with my computer yet, but it is nice to know there is an actual brick and mortar location I can go if/when a problem occurs. I don't like that there are less and less Microsoft brick and mortar stores. I like to be able to take my computer somewhere instead of having to figure out how to ship. One the other hand, I've had mixed results with the Geek squad in the past with previous computers. I do think it a bit spendy, and I do not think it is fair that we have to continue to purchase an overpriced membership to continue to get the "up to 2 years" protection. If I knew of a better, fairer option for me I think I would explore it.

It was a hard process for me to select a laptop, but I'm happy with this laptop. It is a touchscreen laptop with a lot of features in the laptop. I've been having it going on for 3 years not bad after all, I'm satisfied with it.

Took 5 year old laptop in for repair. The Total plan is the way to go. Just bought a new laptop and when get set up will have old one repaired as a backup.

I have not had any reason to use it yet. I hope I don't. But when I do, I hope they own up to it.

I really recommend this protection, when you have it, you have a lot of options. Even if the price drops, you can get the difference refunded.

The Best Buy protection plan is awesome and would recommend getting this for any valuable items, especially those that are perishable and sensitive like electronics.
