I feel like this is the best deal going! Check it out. I had in home computer set up. Would have taken days to do and still wouldnt be done properly. Total Tech is a good investment.

I brought the total tech membership when we brought our new washer and dryer. I mainly brought it to get free delivery but when my son crack the screen on his laptop, it only cost $30 to get a new screen, I knew it was well worth it.

Great value on the coverage with TotalTech in my opinion. Your mileage may vary.

Thought would be simple software Q&A fixes..unfortunately kept computer . Simple turned to “later when we have a chance” Eventually (hopefully) you will find a person that produced that result . I did, after having to drive down again. Lower your expectation's and maybe voice up. Also the number you dial is outsourced to a calling center . N they may not give correct info.. (as i corrected one )You wont get store to answer calls . .. all via email they send to rep. Plan on visiting store to get real results. Nice people just bad protocols.

MY laptop has been a great addition to my work space. Unfortunately, i had a few issues with it 1 year in. BUt when i called in (via webchat) the service department got me an appointment with Geek Squad asap. I am very pleased with their customer service. Hopefully, at my appointment it will go well too!.

I love this computer! The screen is big and clear. I switched back to windows from Mac because of this computer! A little pricey considering the competition and availability in personal computers today.

I enjoy the keyboard and mouse. They do everything I thought they would. The mouse makes it so much easier. I like being able to put keyboard on my lap with laptop on the table.

Geek squad never lets me down. Always helps me when I need it. On-line geek squad is great too

What I call a no-brainer. Was free with my Total Tech membership. A solid reason to become a member. I have had no issues with repair/replace support when it was needed.

I had a laptop screen crack and the frame on the bottom was bent, and I had it replaced for free.

Having a protection plan on any product you buy can be a blessing in disguise. Just make sure it is not an intentional break to your product or it will not be covered of course.

this is the cherry on top, it is a great feeling to not have to worry about something breaking down,or accidents

The coverage that the insurance gives is very good for what you pay for! if you pair it with the total tech membership you save a lot of money with 24 months of free insurance!

So glad I did this. The protection is a relief to have. Best Buy has such a good reputation I know they will be there in the future.

My son is enjoying this laptop but the battery dies fast and it is not touch screen.

Appreciate protection offered by Best Buy plans. I do Total Tech and it really pays for itself ten fold between discounts and computer electronic issues as well as occasional return.
