Good protection plan, I'm glad I decided to get in case anything happens.

I renewed my annual Best Buy Total Tech Protection without hesitation. With an older PC I had utilized their services several times to keep it in good working condition. Also, used their services to install a TV mount on the wall at a discounted price.

When buying a product from BEST BUY, get the extend warranty. It's the best thing especially if you have more than one computer in the household that qualify for fixing.

I love this computer! The screen is big and clear. I switched back to windows from Mac because of this computer! A little pricey considering the competition and availability in personal computers today.

MY laptop has been a great addition to my work space. Unfortunately, i had a few issues with it 1 year in. BUt when i called in (via webchat) the service department got me an appointment with Geek Squad asap. I am very pleased with their customer service. Hopefully, at my appointment it will go well too!.
