    The 24 month protection, including accidental damage, is a great part of being a total tech member! I just wish it could be extended at a reasonable price.

    Total tech is extremely worth the money. Had an incident where my laptop was damaged. Had to pay a small shipping fee but Total Tech covered the rest.

    This is a great tool to have based on the products purchased from Best Buy.. I would recommend this if you have more than two laptops and 2 tvs.. you need this protection plan.

    I love this laptop. The color is awesome. I use Lightroom to process my photos. I love the touch screen. I also use it at work to do inventory

    Best Buy is the best in replacing or giving you store credit when a device malfunctions or is damaged even if the product is no longer available as long as it falls within the warranty time frames.
