    I haven't needed to use this warranty, but its always nice to know that if anything happens to my product it can be replaced.

    Its now called Total Tech and you're silly if you don't buy it and take full advantage of the benefits...they will help with everything whether you bought it from them or not.

    As someone that purchased AppleCare for previous products, this is a huge draw to Best Buy as my retailer. Highly recommend a service that covers all devices, even those not purchased at BB!

    Monthly Best Buy Protection up to 24 month is a great deal. I would not want to do with out it. Things go wrong sometimes when you have pets as well as humans around.
