I am, having some difficulty with the battery in my laptop. It doesn't hold energy and it often freezes and required me to completely shut it off to turn it back on. I sometimes lose my school work. I am planning on exchanging it soon.

Up to now tech membership is good and eveytime whenever i cal they are coming for the chekup for free

pretty good deal if you buy a lot from best buy. saves a lot of money on purchase protection on all items while active.

I love the product but am VERY DISAPPOINTED with Best Buy. I spent extra money to buy the extra service that included price match. I found a proce that is $250 less than what I paid at Best Buy FROM THE MANUFACTURER but they will not match that price because the manufacturer is not a "Qualified Retailer". What? This isn't a third party store, it is the manufacturer, itself. I bought two laptops from Best Buy in the last few months and after this no more. They should at least recognize a high purchase customer and make an exception. Very bad optics to their part. At the very least, change the policy so that they don't have others encounter this going forward.

It's great it covers anything I buy from while having this.

I don't think this was a necessary purchase but maybe in the long run I can appreciate this
