Excellent product so much than I expected wonderful

Purchased this product December 2022 as my first gaming laptop, was perfect out of box and while the battery life was not what i expected, it ran games smoothly and did what i needed it to do. Ive never dropped or spilled anything on this laptop. Mid 2023 i ran into issues with this computers ability to connect to wifi. The option to connect to wifi wirelessly would disappear completely, leaving me with my only option being connecting to the internet with an ethernet cord. Restarting the computer a couple times seemed to do the trick but that didn’t stop me from running into the issue a few more times later down the line. I also ran into problems with waking the computer up. There have been times where id close my laptop and walk away from it, only to come back 5 minutes later and open it back up to a screen that won’t wake up. Again, only solution that worked was a restart. Yesterday i opened my laptop, only for it to not wake up, i attempted a restart and nothing worked, laptop is basically a $1000 brick now. Consulted both best buy and outside repair shops to see if it could be saved, and i was given an estimate of at least $500 both times. I’m very disappointed considering I’ve had this laptop for exactly a year, and it stopped working entirely right after the year long warranty was over. Not worth it.

I am loving this service, it takes the worry off my mind and allows me to enjoy my new laptop.
