Have to have it but not great

Have to make an appointment for them to take your item and them have to wait and come back another day to pick it back up. I don't live close by so this is very aggravating to me. Then they tell you one thing on the phone and then you get there and they tell you another thing. Don't like that either. It doesn't cover the things that are more needed either.
