Worth the money just in case something gets damaged

I hope I don't have to use this protection plan, but If I do, I have full confidence it will cover my needs.

Protection is number one for my money. When purchasing a bisiness asset it is always monwy in the bank to add protection.

Good deal to cover my items from accident or any troubles

Before purchasing the service I would always buy a 2-3 year extended warranty. With this service though, you usually get 24 months protection. For me, thats a perfect amount of time. Though for laptops (more expensive higher end models) Id like to see a 3 year protection included with it. But thats just me. I do like having the piece of mind if anything happens help is just a phone call away - or a few minutes in chat. I will definitely be renewing this service - due to the fact that it applies to nearly all the products in the store, thats just insane. If you are home owner - appliances - enough said. Its worth it if you purchase a good amount of tech from BB and more so if you are upgrading your homes appliances as well. Sure you can probably find it cheaper at home depot or lowes - but they DO price match. All in all - Despite having to pay a little more at BB, I feel the customer service in store is helpful and to have somewhere to go if something goes wrong is paramount to me. I do not like to send things in to get repaired - too many variables for something to go wrong with it.

My wife loves her Microsoft Surface Pro Laptop with the touch screen. You may not think you need it but it is very useful! She is a realtor and uses it for work so it's important for her to have the tools she needs and a computer that's quick and efficient. Best Buy helped her pick the best one for her.

Best to have for all your electronics to be protected.
