I ended up selling this computer. Even after reinstalling Windows, it had issues with lag. I also have had several gaming laptops that allowed USBC charging. While this one does allow it, it only seemed to work with certain chargers and vables - even ones that were higher Watts - made no sense. I also had issues with the trackpad. Oddly, i had no issues gaming on it and did like the keyboard. I would not recommend this computer but maybe i just had a dud.

I bought a new Dell laptop, and I love it. But I am very disappointed with Geek Squad service. I bought a new computer, and a serviceman came to "set up" my new computer. Maybe I am making too many assumptions, but I thought "setup" would include file transfer. I am now stuck in a purgatory where every file I move tries to copy to Microsoft's One Drive. I have tried to correct this using the help desk, but after an hour and a half, the best answer I could get was "Your problem will be advanced in 60 minutes" and I gave up a password to get that far.

This is great to have as you never knows what can happen

I hate this new "protection plan". Originally when i ourchased it they just made it seem like the old plan but you pay for the whole year and it covers all your purchased items thereafter. NO... you pay but if theres so ething wrong you bring it in and you pay a DEDUCTIBLE for repairs or otherwise. This was not explained at all. I hate it ... thats all

I've had this protection prior & i think it's a good deal.
