Price Match Horror

I spent extra money to buy the extra service that included price match. I found a proce that is $250 less than what I paid at Best Buy FROM THE MANUFACTURER but they will not match that price because the manufacturer is not a "Qualified Retailer". What? This isn't a third party store, it is the manufacturer, itself. I bought two laptops from Best Buy in the last few months and after this no more. They should at least recognize a high purchase customer and make an exception. Very bad optics to their part. At the very least, change the policy so that they don't have others encounter this going forward.
