I wouldn't buy it again and i wouldn't recommend to a friend

We did not purchase extra Best Buy Protection for our laptop.

After less than 2 months the Wi-Fi card went kaput. Did not even be able to see otherwise Wi-Fi channels or Wi-Fi connections. Unfortunately I had to return it. But fortunately I had the total tech benefits of Best buy.

I haven't used it yet. I'll have to let you know. quit expensive.

Just a nice option to have for a laptop that can potentially experience issues since it is on the move a lot of the time.

They sell you the plan but don't fix your laptop. Even charge you and additional $100 to ship it out for repair and they return it without fixing it. Horrible customer service.

I bought as an open box item. The Windows 11 Pro won't activate because the activation code is invalid. Best Buy should only sell laptops with valid Windows licenses for the purchaser.

Best Buy Renewal is a scam! I returned a laptop and I've been charges for two years for something that I had no knowledge nor access to. The laptop was repurchased on a BestBuy card buy the Best Buy Renewal was charged to my credit card from the cancelled receipt. I haven't used the plan and Best Buy will not refund me. Yet they are using a cancelled receipt and proof that I authorized it.

Love the new laptop! I thought i wouldnt like it as much as i liked the HP, but Samsung never disappoints

Love knowing i can call or come in with my computer to get a tune up, a repair or ask a question.

Great protection plan and Best Buy has been very fair with me when/if any damage has occurred.

I purchased this computer for my daughter to take to college. Nothing but problems after the first month. We are Total Tech Members but we were told nothing they could do for us. Called Lenovo and told us out of warranty. Apple is the only computer worth buying. Don't waste your money on Lenovo. I'm very disappointed. This was an expensive purchase and should've lasted longer than 1-1/2 years.

A must have with any new electronics purchase. It provides an additional layer of coverage.

You don't value me as a customer. I have wasted hours of my time no one has helped me. I have had 20 people tell me they will elevate the issue. YOU ALL ARE full of crap!!! Months go by and its still not fixed. No manager in site to talk to. I call, I go to chat and I go to the store. No one at best buy will help. You all are the worst customer service and just stupid management

First time buying the protection plan and hopefully won’t have to use it much.

Probably wasted my money. Taking it in for the Geek Squad was sure a waste of time.

From time of purchase and on going, it isn't ready to use. I got it for a business trip, but will have to set it up when I get back.
